Predsinočnjim je izolska palača Manzioli ponudila številnemu občinstvu nekoliko neobičajen koncert z naslovom ON. Glasbeno srečanje je bilo uvodni del v tretjo izvedbo festivala OFF.
Vorgestern wurde dem zahlreichen Publikum im Manziolipalast in Izola ein ungewöhnliches Konzert mit dem Titel ON geboten. Das musikalische Treffen war die Einleitung zum dritten OFF.
The day before yesterday the Manzioli palace offered the large audience a somewhat unusual concert entitled ON. The music gathering was the introduction to the third OFF.
Vorgestern wurde dem zahlreichen Publikum im Manziolipalast in Izola ein ungewöhnliches Konzert mit dem Titel ON geboten. Das musikalische Treffen war die Einleitung zum dritten OFF.

V Izoli bo že tretje leto zapored potekal mednarodni festival oboe in fagot, krajše imenovan OFF.....Pisana druščina prihaja iz raznih evropskih držav, marsikaterimi med njimi se v Izolo vračajo že tretjič. Po vsebinski usmerjenosti in priljubljenosti med mladimi oboisti in fagotisti je OFF edinstvena prireditev v Evropi.

Sowohl inhaltlich als auch der Beliebtheit unter jungen Oboisten und Fagottisten nach zu urteilen ist das OFF eine einzigartige Veranstaltung in Europa.

In terms of content and popularity among young oboists and bassoonists, OFF is judged to be a unique event in Europe.
V Izoli bo že tretje leto zapored potekal mednarodni festival oboe in fagot, krajše imenovan OFF.....Pisana druščina prihaja iz raznih evropskih držav, marsikaterimi med njimi se v Izolo vračajo že tretjič. Po vsebinski usmerjenosti in priljubljenosti med mladimi oboisti in fagotisti je OFF edinstvena prireditev v Evropi.

Udeležencem so nudili zgoščene informacije in izmenjavo izkušenj, ki jih v taki obliki pri nas sicer ni mogoče dobiti.
Zelo veseli so, da se je povabilu k sodelovanju prijazno odzval Obali komorni orkester pod vodstvom dirigenta Aleksandra Spasića, s katerim so pripravili zares prijeten koncert v Manziolijevi palači.

Den Teilnehmern wurden Informationen und ein Erfahrungsaustausch geboten, die man in dieser Form bei uns sonst nicht bekommen kann.
Sie sind froh, dass das Küstenkammerorchester unter der Leitung von Aleksandar Spasić die Einladung freundlich angenommen hat, und zusammen gestalteten sie einen wirklich angenehmen Abend im Manziolipalast.

The participants received clear and concise information and shared their experiences, an opportunity which is otherwise not possible in Slovenia in such a way.
They are very pleased that the Coastal Chamber Orchestra under the direction of conductor Aleksandar Spasić accepted their invitation. Together they prepared a truly pleasant concert at the Manzioli palace.
Udeležencem so nudili zgoščene informacije in izmenjavo izkušenj, ki jih v taki obliki pri nas sicer ni mogoče dobiti.

Trdo, a pestro delo
Pester in natrpan urnik za dober teden dela je obrodil izjemne rezultate.
Nenavaden orkester
Koncert OFF-Banda, ki je napolnil Manziolijev trg, pa je predstavil posebnost, ki se je na OFF festivalu porodila šele lani ob preselitvi v Izolo.
V »orkestru dvojnih jezičkov« sodelujejo vsi udeleženci in profesorji skupaj, zato tudi tisti mlajši učenci na odru bolj pogumno in smelo zaigrajo, predvsem pa neizmerno uživajo.

Der abwechslungsreiche und volle Stundenplan für eine gute Woche Arbeit führte zu hervorragenden Ergebnissen.
Ein ungewöhnliches Orchester
Das Konzert der OFF Band füllte den Manzioliplatz und präsentierte eine Besonderheit, die beim OFF Festival erst im vergangenen Jahr beim Umzug nach Izola entstanden ist.
Im »Doppelrohrorchester« spielen alle Teilnehmer und Dozenten gemeinsam, darum zeigen auch die jüngeren Schüler auf der Bühne mehr Mut und haben vorallem viel Spass dabei.

An unusual orchestra
The concert of the OFF band which filled the Manzioli square presented a speciality; the idea was born at the OFF festival only last year during the move to Izola. In the “double reed orchestra” all the participants and professors play together a together and thus the younger students play on stage more boldly and above all enjoy themselves immensely.

Konec avgusta se je v Izoli predstavil prvi OFF... po Kremsmüenstru v Avstriji drugi tovrsten dogodek,ki sta ga s skupnimi močmi postavila Maja Kojc in Peter Tavernaro... Pod vodstvom 8 docentov iz Slovenije, Avstrije in Italije so se udeleženci lahko izobraževali na področju individualnega pouka, izdelovanja ustnikov in ... komorne glasbe... 36 udeležencev iz Slovenije, Avstrije, Bolgarije, Poljske in Šviceje na zaključnem koncertu prestavilo impresiven izsek celega tedna...

Organized by Maja Kojc and Peter Tavernaro, this is the second such event right after Kremsmünster in Austria… Under the leadership of 8 professors from Slovenia, Austria and Italy, the participants were able to take individual lessons, study reed making and participate in chamber music, etc… At the closing concert, the 36 participants from Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, and Switzerland presented an impressive collection of the entire week’s achievements…

Marija Gombač, ravnateljica Glasbene šole Koper pravi, da so se za tovrstni festival odločili predvsem zaradi deficitarnosti obeh inštrumentov. »Radi bi, da bi festival postal tradicionalen in da bi tudi na ta način poskrbeli za promocijo obeh inštrumentov na Obali.«...Prvi OFF festival oboe in fagota v Sloveniji je očitno navdušil tudi skladatelja Bojana Glavino in Dušana Bavdka, saj sta posebej za to priložnost napisala skladbe, ki jih bodo prvič zaigrali prav v Izoli.

Marija Gombač, Direktorin der Musikschule Koper meint, sie hätten sich für die Durchführung dieses Festival vor allem wegen des Mangels an Schülern auf diesen zwei Instrumenten entschlossen. »Wir möchten, dass das Festival eine Tradition wird und möchten auch auf diese Weise für die Förderung der beiden Instrumente an der Küste sorgen«....Das erste OFF in Slowenien begeisterte offensichtlich auch die Komponisten Bojan Glavina und Dušan Bavdek, die für diese Gelegenheit Stücke komponierten, die in Izola uraufgeführt werden.
